Industrial floors are required to meet a more demanding levelness or flatness specification referred to as super flat floors. At warehouses and other industries, in order to support forklifts to raise their forks to retrieve or place products at various levels and to perform as intended, floors must be extraordinarily flat or super flat. Furthermore, to use any kind of floor hardening agent the warehouse should have a leveled floor already. If not, then one will have to bear additional expenditure to level the floor. For example, in the case of PU coating on a super flat floor, a thickness of 2 mm is fairly enough. Otherwise one may have to install 4 to 5 mm or even more thick PU coating depending on the flatness of the floor. So it is wise to consider super flat floor at an initial stage of industrial flooring.
